On the banks of the Russian River is where the otters play, you'll find our enchanting countryside retreat. Available for weddings and events April through October, we can accommodate groups of up to 110 people in our outdoor settings.

Say “I Do” under the giant weeping willow or toast a celebration with the sound of the river flowing gently in the background.

Wedding Event Fees:

2025 dates are now sold out.

2026 dates have opened with most dates still available.

Wedding Site Fee is $12,500.*

The entire Inn on the Russian River becomes yours exclusively. No other event takes place at the Inn during your special dates. Plan the wedding that you have always dreamed of only limited by your imagination.

* Lodging costs are not included in the Site Fee. However, you can block the rooms to make them available exclusively for your guests.

 A Security/Lodging  deposit of $4,500  is required to block the guest rooms for your special dates. The deposit is used for damages or extra fees incurred. It can also be use to off set the room cost for your guests.

Requirements:

A buy out of all 11 rooms in the Inn

A minimum stay of 2 nights for your event

Liability insurance for the event

For smaller events, elopements, retreats, corporate meetings, family reunions, Work bonding, Neighborhood fun days, please contact us to discuss your needs. 

What's included?

You and your wedding party will have access to the property, for setting up and decorating, from 1 pm the day of check-in. Rooms will be available from 4 pm with an early check-in available for the wedding couple. 

The Site Fee allows you to host a wedding event for up to 110 people. (Lodging costs are not included in the Site Fee.)

We provide all outdoor dining furniture (wooden tables and benches), use of the Garden Room for bar setup, a prep area for caterers and a unique ceremony location under our beautiful willow tree or in front of the river bank. You decide.

Our Site Fee is due at the time an agreement is signed and is non-refundable. We require a security/lodging deposit of $4,500 at the time of agreement - this security/lodging deposit is refundable.
