Villa Suite with Kitchenette

Relax in our cozy combination kitchen/ living room (Room 2). Kitchen includes a two-stove burner countertop oven, fridge, toaster, microwave,  utensils, pots and pans and a coffee maker with organic coffee. Queen-bedroom is located at the back of the unit.  Please note, this room is close to the road. All windows are double paned to reduce noise. We provide earplugs with the toiletry kit in each room, for sensitive sleepers.  Unit size: 300 sq ft.  This room is suitable for two adults and one adult or two children on the sofa bed.

• Pet friendly ($50 p/n). 1 dog only. Your pet must be leashed on the property, use a flea and tick medication and, may not be left alone in the unit.

Villa Suite Queen with Bath/Shower combo

Our Villa Queen Suite (Room 3) provides a charming living room space, a  kitchenette with all the necessary amenities. Including a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, mugs, utensils, and glassware. The cozy Queen bedroom is located at the back of the unit. The bedroom also has a small set of drawers for personal items. Room 3 has a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. 

Unit size: 300 sq ft. This room is suitable for two adults .

Two-Bedroom Villa Suite w/ full bath

Two-bedroom unit, perfect for small families or friends traveling together. A comfortable Queen bed in each of the two bedrooms, with a door in between each for privacy and comfort. Features a floating kitchenette providing a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, coffee maker with organic coffee grounds and dishes provided. Spacious bathroom with a tub and shower combo. This room, room 4, is suitable up to four people. Max 4 Guests.  Unit size 300 sq ft.

Villa Queen Suite w/ shower

This Villa Queen Suite, room 5, provides a charming living room space. Featuring a fold-out sofa bed, TV entertainment, and a floating kitchenette with all the necessary amenities. Kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, mugs, utensils, and glassware. A comfortable Queen bedroom follows the living space. This room is suitable for two adults and one adult or two children on the sofa bed.  Max 4 Guests. Unit size is 300 sq ft.

Two-Bedroom Villa Suite - King & Queen

Two-bedroom suite, room 6, perfect for small families or friends traveling together. A comfortable King bedroom with a kitchenette, followed by similar Queen bedroom, with a door in between each for privacy and comfort. Floating kitchenette features a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, coffee maker with organic coffee grounds and dishes provided. Bathroom offers standing shower, fluffy towels, and complimentary toiletries. This room is suitable for up to four adults. Max 4 guests.  Unit size is 300 sq ft.

King River Balcony

Our most popular room for couples! The highlight of this suite, room 7, is a luxurious two-person bathtub, fluffy towels and toiletries included. In the room you will find a comfortable King bed facing a river view. You’ll find a wet bar with kitchen amenities, including mini-fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, organic coffee grounds and dishes provided. Features a cozy sitting area with stylish lounge seats and coffee table. Medium closet for storage, flat screen TV. This room also features A/C, a welcome relief on hot summer nights. A sliding glass door entrance opens to outdoor balcony view with table and chairs overlooking private view of river and gardens.  Max 2 guests.

Queen River Balcony

Lovely view-room with an open floor plan for a more spacious effect.  Room 8 shares a folding sofa in the sitting area with a comfortable Queen bed, a flat screen TV, and storage closet. The wet bar provides a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and organic coffee grounds, with glasses and dishes provided. The room is framed by the sliding glass doors to a relaxing balcony with redwood table and chairs overlooking the gardens and river.  This room is suitable for two adults and one adult or two children on the sofa bed.  Max 4 Guests.  Unit size is 300 sq ft.

Queen River Balcony with Kitchen

Feels like your own little apartment! This river view room, room 9, has a Queen bedroom, fold-out sofa bed, with a flat screen TV and small drawers for storage. Move through the unit to reach a bright kitchen with lots of natural light from the sliding glass doors leading to the balcony. Kitchen includes a two-person dining table and chairs, a two-burner countertop convection oven, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker with organic coffee grounds, dishes and glasses provided. Room has a petite bathroom with shower only.  This room is suitable for two adults and one adult or two children on the sofa bed. Max 4 Guests. Unit size is 300 sq ft.

Two-Bedroom River Balcony

An inviting two-bedroom unit, room 10, with a balcony view overlooking the garden and river. This two-bedroom unit opens to a king bedroom with a wooden bench, lounge chair, and floating kitchenette. Kitchenette provides a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and organic coffee grounds, dishes and utensils provided. The next room offers a queen bedroom with sliding glass doors to the river view balcony and redwood table and chairs. There is a door for privacy between bedrooms, and each room has a flat screen TV. Petit bathroom with a standing shower.  This room is suitable for up to four adults. Unit size 300 sq. ft.

Two Queen Riverview Studio

Our Riverview Studio, room 11, offers a spacious open plan suite, with two luscious Queen beds framed by live wood column accent wall, a cozy corner breakfast nook with bench seating, a lounge area with a flat screen TV and fold-out sofa, and full sized kitchen. The kitchen has white cabinets and beautiful granite countertops, a refrigerator, range stove, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker. Organic coffee grounds, dishes, glasses, and cookware are provided. The bathroom is roomy with a bathtub and shower. The unit has A/C. The entrance way to this room opens to your own patio, redwood table and chairs with umbrella and lovely garden view facing the Russian River.  This room is suitable for up to five people.

King Riverview Studio

The beautiful King Riverview Studio, room 12, is recently renovated and has a lot to offer, excellent for extended vacations. This room has a King bed near a large window facing a private garden, willow tree, and the river. A comfortable living room with a folding sofa, two-person dining table and chairs, a large storage cabinet, flatscreen TV, and a full kitchen. The kitchen features white cabinets, a beautiful white quartz countertop, range stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Organic coffee grounds, dishes, and glasses are provided. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower. This room has A/C. The door opens to a private patio with redwood table and chairs under an umbrella overlooking the gardens, lawn and river.  This unit is suitable for up to two adults and one or two children on the sofa bed.  Unit size is 300 sq. ft.
